- All registered i-CREATe 2009 participants can attend our conference partner, Third International Conference for Accessible Tourism (ICAT 2009) without any extra charges, subject to availability of vacancies at ICAT 2009.
- The above passes include lunch and tea breaks. Full access to exhibition, workshops & conferences.
- Members of RESNA / RESJA / ARATA and group registration (4 or more participants) are entitled to the 20% discounted registration fee.
- * Only senior citizens (65 yrs old & above) and PWDs will be entitled to the Gala Dinner on 23 April 2009.
- Maximum of 2 PUBLICATIONS for AUTHORS (who are NOT full-time students, senior citizens – 65 yrs & above and people with disability) registering for the conference.
- Maximum of 1 PUBLICATION for full-time students, senior citizens (65 yrs old & above) and people with disability registering for the conference.
- All authors have to register for FULL PASS.
- EXTRA PAGE FEE: Each paper MUST NOT EXCEED 4 PAGES. SGD 150 will be charged for EACH EXTRA PAGE.

Cancellation & Refund Policy
- Please note that any cancellation to your registration must be made in writing &
must reach the organizer before 20 March 2009.
- Please email your cancellation stating your registration number and full particulars
(name, job title, company, billing address, contact details, etc.) to:
- Cancellations received before 20 March 2009 will be refunded less $100
administrative charges. Refunds will be made after the end of event.

after 20 March 2009.
Any requests for refunds made after this deadline will not be entertained but substitute delegates
